Frequently asked questions about our progress.
What’s the difference between modular buildings and traditional building?

The difference between traditional construction and modular construction is  the different construction ways.

For traditional construction, it takes the material to the site and is built by the workers. For modular building, it takes the material to the factory and is completed 90% by the workers in factory, then we transport it to the local and complete the remaining 10%.

Are the permits and legal requirements the same as traditional buildings?

Correct – getting permits is very similar whether you’re constructing a modular home or a traditional conventional home. Your specific circumstances will determine if a planning permit is needed, and we’ve found that roughly 70% of projects require one. Additionally, every new home build – be it modular or conventional – must have a building permit.

How long does it take to build a modular home?

We can produce about 10 same steel structures per day. Not including the fitting-out. When finished steel structure. Only can we fit-out, install furniture, finish interior decoration, packing and shipping.so the production period of fitting-out is usually 2 months.

The advantages of modular construction?

It reduces on-site construction time and pollution; on-site assembly is quick, and it facilitates future maintenance and modifications.

How much the freight?

It costs 70 dollars per cubic meter.
